Hendrick's Quince and Clove Sour (Cocktail)

Ingrediënten

• 1 eenheid Hendrick's Gin
• 1 eenheid Honey Syrup
• 1 eenheid Quince Preserves
• 0 eenheden Pink Cloves Cordial
• 2 eenheden Lemon Juice

Instructies

Assemble all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel and a spiral of lemon on the rim of the glass.
