Shotglass should be of good quality to take the heat. Pour the Sambuca and add the coffee beans to your shotglass and ignite. Wait until the outside of the glass begins to 'sweat'. Blow out the flame and shoot it back, swallowing the liquer but retaining the beans in your mouth. Chop down on the beans and get ready for a unique taste experience. As the top of the glass gets quite hot hold the shot lower down and put your thumb against your lip NOT the glass. Enjoy....
