Combine all the ingredients except the mint leaves and fruit in a martini
shaker and shaker away until nice and cold.
Muddle the mint leaves in a tall collins glass. Pour the entire contents of
the shaker into the glass, including the ice. Add the Tonic, toss in the
fruit and enjoy.

NOTE: If you substitute any other Limoncello in place of Napacello XO, it
will not taste the same.
The reason for this is that Tanqueray Rangpur is made with the rare and
exotic Rangpur Lime. The flavor of this lime pairs perfectly with the fruity
Meyer Lemon, which is the main ingredient used in Napa Valley Limoncello. If
you use any other Limoncello in place of XO, forget it.. it won't work. The
cocktail will taste too lemony and tart.
